What chargeback management means here
This is not software and it is not a packet of templates. I work through the case itself. I review the reason code and deadline, identify what the dispute is actually asking the business to prove, organize the available records, write the response, and handle submission.
The goal is simple: remove the chargeback workload from the owner without creating a new project for the owner to manage.
What I handle

What I still need from the business
You sign in to the system, answer questions only your business can answer, and point me toward records only your team would know about. You do not need to learn chargeback rules, write the response, or spend your weekend assembling a packet.
Who this is designed for
The service is built for businesses that accept cards but do not have a dedicated disputes team. Motels are a strong fit, but the service can also work for repair companies, field services, rental businesses, recreation providers, and appointment-based businesses.
No guaranteed outcomes
No honest chargeback service can promise a win. The decision belongs to the reviewing institution. What I can provide is an experienced assessment, a truthful response, and a case built around the evidence that is actually available.
